CLOUD999 is a one-woman shop, rooted in handmade and one-of-a-kind, slow fashion. I greatly appreciate your support of my art!
All Customs are Made-to-Order. They typically require 6-12 weeks to create! The estimated creation window and completion time will be discussed in detail during our Live Sketch Session!
All custom sales are final.

Ready-to-Ship items will be mailed out within one week from the purchase date.
For returns on Ready-to-Ship items, please email us within 5 days of your package's delivery date for store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
All pieces are created entirely by hand. Please take into consideration the time it takes for each piece to be made and the communication of your items also takes time.
I know these pieces are an investment, so I will never rush and send something that is not the highest quality.
